Requirements / Qualifications
The employee must possess a valid CA Clear Multiple Subject California teaching credential and be willing to work with high school students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs. Bi-Lingual a plus. Experience with Springs Charter Schools or other charter schools preferred. Prior independent study teaching experience is highly desirable. * All candidates must reside within our service areas, including Riverside, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino or Los Angeles Counties.
A virtual assessment will be administered as part of the selection process. A completed EDJOIN online application is required. The resume does not take the place of a completed application. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) or your application will not move forward in the selection process.

The HCT will serve between 17- 20 students and will be in person two days a week at a regional Learning Center and will work virtually three days a week. The HCT acts as an ambassador of the school and is the main source of support and communication between the school and the family. The HCT will be working with students of varying ability levels and with varying educational needs. Review the job description for more details.
