Job Summary
The Instructional Aide II supports classroom teachers by providing specialized instructional assistance to students, helping to enhance their academic achievement and overall learning experience. This role involves working closely with individual students or small groups, implementing instructional activities, reinforcing lessons, and assisting with classroom management. The Instructional Aide II also helps accommodate diverse learning needs, supports students with special education requirements, and contributes to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and students are essential for success in this role.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and two years of college (48 units); or an A.A. degree (or higher); Bilingual preferred
- Copy of Transcript (proof of 48 units or A.A. Degree)
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters )
- Resume
- TB Screening Result (Please provide a copy if you have a valid TB screening (cannot be older than 4 years))
