Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination of targeted, job related education with study in job-related area and job related experience within a specialized field is required. The preferred applicant shall have two years supervisory, lead or independent contractor/trades experience as well as a combined total of over five years in FMO in an industrial, school district, college environment. Volunteer experience in these areas may be included. Preferred applicant will also have experience working with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) or the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC). Credential in Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred but not required. All are encouraged to apply.
Must have a valid driver's license, carry district required liability insurance and have reliable transportation. Possess or be able to acquire First Aid and CPR certification.
