Job Summary

An Athletic Services Attendant works in the physical education department of the high school. Incumbents in this classification issue athletic equipment, keys and locker space, keeping account of all items issued and monitor student behavior in and around the athletic facilities. The Athletic Services Attendant performs custodial work and prepares for sporting events in the athletic facilities, including the gymnasium, pool area, locker rooms and sports fields. Occasional evening work may be required.
