Job Summary

Job Summary

Performs complex tasks pertaining to the evaluation, audit, and translation of transcripts and other materials effecting degree analysis, student academic standing and transfer planning; to build and maintain degree audit programs; and to train other clerical staff in the use of transcript evaluation and auditing of student placement records. Requirements / Qualifications

The position requires the following items to be attached to the application, or the application will not be considered: . Resume (Required) . Letter of Reference (2 Required) . Three (3) years’ experience performing review and analysis of transcripts and other admission record documents, preferably in a college or high school setting. . Possession of a high school diploma/GED or equivalent is required. . District and state regulations, policies and procedures regarding high school diploma requirements for graduation. . Automated record management methods, techniques, and strategies. . Current business practices relevant to methods of transcript evaluations for placement of high school students. . Effective communication, both orally and in writing. . Modern office procedures, practices, and technology/equipment. . Modern software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, etc.). . Record keeping principals and procedures for student records. . Basic mathematics.
