Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant II, under general supervision of the assigned lead, shall perform highly technical and complex tasks, facilitate and expedite work and perform other related duties as required. Serves as an assistant to a Site Administrator or other management with responsibility over a division. Such duties and responsibilities require a high level of initiative and independent decision-making. (Please read the job description before applying for this position.)
Requirements / Qualifications
The position requires the following items to be attached to the application, or the application will not be considered: . Resume (Required) . Letter of Reference (2 Required) . Four years secretarial and/or clerical experience. . Two years of secretarial and/or clerical experience within an educational organization is preferred. . Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred . High School Diploma required . Evidence of the ability to type 50 net wpm . Four years of increasingly responsible full-time experience at a level comparable to a school secretary or higher is required or two years as an Administrative Assistant I in a School District . The ability to communicate with a diverse group of people on a daily basis . Possession of a valid California driver's license
