We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid position, offering both in-person and virtual (remote) services. This is a full-time role supporting a diverse student population across various school sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children in both onsite and online settings and be confident in delivering services aligned with IEP goals and district expectations. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments (in-person and virtual as needed) * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals * Provide direct speech-language services in both virtual and in-person formats * Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, parents, and IEP teams—both remotely and onsite * Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports * Participate in IEP meetings (in-person or virtual) and contribute to multidisciplinary planning * Provide consultation and support to educational staff via virtual platforms and in-person meetings
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license * ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) * Experience providing speech-language services in both remote/teletherapy and in-person settings * Previous school-based experience preferred * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Reliable internet connection and proficiency with teletherapy tools/platforms * Commitment to student success and inclusive practices
