The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a Girls Track and Field Head Coach for the Spring 2026 season. This is a seasonal interscholastic coaching position for a competitive CIF girls Track and Field program. We are interested in finding someone that will serve as an excellent role model to represent OLP with experience and dedication to developing the program and building it for future seasons. This is a non-exempt, seasonal position. Requirements Essential qualities include: experienced track and field coaching skills and knowledge, good communication, teamwork philosophy, and character development for female student-athletes. A minimum of three years of high school coaching or equivalent experience is preferred. Applicants must have current TB test and CPR/AED and First-Aid Certification. Applicants must have a LiveScan background review and obtain required CIF paperwork including coaching certification, concussion education and sudden cardiac arrest education prior to hire.
