Ocean Charter School runs a full-service kitchen for its 565 students. The kitchen staff serves breakfast, prepares aftercare snacks, serves family style meals, clean up after each day and each meal, and complete light clerical work. Kitchen staff members work as a part of a team, upholding a clean, efficient, sustainable, and compliant meal program, plus support additional programming such as cooking classes in the school kitchen.
