Job Summary
Works collaboratively with the school leadership team, family, community, & SLS Supervisors to bring identified services to the school site. Assists with coordinating & implementing the Community School framework & infrastructure in collaboration with site administrators. Conducts annual needs and asset assessments to prioritize & identify gaps in services & build on existing supports.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, or health-related fields or equivalent experience • Minimum three (3) years of working with children, adolescents, parents, and families • Experience working effectively within the school, educational, or community-based system • Bilingual preferred - Spanish or Vietnamese
