DEFINITION Under supervision of Cafeteria Manager, to perform computerized cashiering duties in a school cafeteria; and to perform related work as required. Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS • A typical qualifying entrance background is working-level experience performing cashiering or related clerical work. • Must successfully pass the application-screening phase. • Must successfully pass the Cashier written test. • Completion of a criminal records check will be required prior to beginning work.

Knowledge of: English usage; Basic arithmetic; Record keeping; Basic computer terminal/microcomputer operation and record processing. TESTING Applicants who pass the application screening process will be notified and scheduled for a written test. ACCOMODATION Individuals with legally defined disabilities may request reasonable accommodations in the examination process. In order to make the request, please contact the Human Resources Office at the time of filing an application. Candidates may be required to supply documentation supporting the need for the accommodations when the request is made.
