Position Title: Middle School Softball Coach Location: Oro Grande, California Reports To: Athletic Director and Principal Employment Type: Seasonal Position Overview: Riverside Preparatory Middle School, a growing charter school in Oro Grande, California dedicated to athletic excellence and academic success, seeks a passionate and experienced Softball Coach. The successful candidate will lead the middle school softball program, fostering a culture of sportsmanship, discipline, and team achievement. Program Leadership: Create a comprehensive development plan for athletes from all middle school Coaching & Player Development: Plan, organize, and lead practices that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and player safety. Teach game strategies, techniques, and fundamental skills tailored to varying skill levels. Monitor academic performance and support student-athletes in maintaining eligibility standards. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and supervise assistant coaches, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative coaching staff. Promote a positive team culture focused on respect, accountability, and growth. Community Engagement: Foster relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the broader community to build enthusiasm and support for the softball program.

Valid Drivers License & Social Security Card. Current TB test with a negative result. CPR/First Aid Certification. required.
