Performs a wide variety of specialized and responsible tasks including the implementation of the district curriculum based on the grade level taught to develop students' general musical skills, understanding, and abilities; to develop appreciation of art of music as part of general culture; to teach techniques of music expression through voice, percussion, and Orff instruments; to discover and develop talents of students in the field of music; to develop knowledge and skills in listening and reading music.
