POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Infant Toddler Educator: BASIC FUNCTION: Under supervision and the direction of the Master Teacher, performs the necessary duties to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive full year child development program for infants/toddlers. Preschool Associate Teacher: BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of a program administrator, assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive child development program for preschool aged children; provide support to students and parents. Preschool Teacher: BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of a program administrator, implement a center or home-based education program for eligible preschool children assuring compliance with the Performance Standards of Head Start or State required program and other appropriate guidelines; develop education plans to meet assessed needs; interpret family and child eligibility for federal and State programs.

SUBSTITUTE Child Development Application Valid California Child Development Permit THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: Copies of transcripts showing Child Development units Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification - in person training required (SPECIAL NOTE: Copies of Permits should include the name of the permit, permit details, authorizations, and expiration date. You may obtain a copy from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing website at www.ctc.ca.gov.)
The following documents are NOT required at time of application, but will be required if offered employment: •Department of Justice/FBI/CACI fingerprint clearance •Tuberculosis clearance •SB 792 Immunizations clearance. •Physical/lift test/drug screen clearance •Official transcripts
