Job Summary

The High School Dean is accountable for creating and preserving a school environment and atmosphere that is safe and orderly and exemplifies Destiny Christian Academy’s mission and vision; an environment and atmosphere where all students can grow academically and emotionally. The High School Dean will report to the High School Principal and will work closely with the High School Assistant Principal and the Director of Security in the coordination of school security and student supervision before and after school, and articulate and implement all disciplinary policies in accordance with the DCA mission, vision, and the student handbook.
