The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking a highly qualified English Teacher for a Temporary English Language Arts position at BP STEM Academy for the 2025-2026 school year. The teacher will provide an educational program for pupils according to their unique pattern of growth and development in one or more classes of 7th or 8th Grade English Language Arts or English Language Development as well as assist in other school programs as assigned. This vacancy is open to internal and external applicants. If the selected candidate is not currently in probationary or permanent status as a Baldwin Park USD certificated employee, the candidate will receive a temporary contract for the 2025-2026 school year. REQUIREMENTS • Single Subject Credential in English OR Multiple Subject Credential with Supplemental Authorization in English • English Learner Authorization PREFERENCES • Bilingual/Biliterate (Spanish) • 2 years of experience as a Secondary English Teacher It's the applicants responsibility to ensure all of your documents are attached to your application correctly.
