St. Nicholas Catholic School is seeking a passionate and organized Part-Time Athletic Coordinator to lead and support our school’s athletic program. This role averages approximately 15 hours per week, primarily after school hours. The Athletic Coordinator is responsible for managing all home games in the gym and on the field. This includes facilitating the game clock and working with the coaches and referees to mitigate any issues. The coordinator will serve as a key liaison between the school administration and volunteer coaches, ensuring clear and consistent communication. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, a strong attendance record, and a commitment to fostering school spirit and student growth through athletics. Under the direct supervision of the Principal, the Athletic Coordinator develops and implements grade-level athletic programs, directs and coordinates a full range of athletic department services and programs, and maintains the safety standards of the school.
