Join Alongside, a mission-driven team helping children with Autism, and their families, thrive through life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide personalized support in homes, schools, clinics, and communities—and we're looking for compassionate individuals ready to grow into this rewarding field. • Implement individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA in school and home settings. • Support children in reaching communication, social, academic, and behavioral goals. • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency of care. • Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior. • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. • Maintain professionalism and sensitivity in all environments
Requirements / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or BA/BS in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field. • Up to 6 months of experience with children or individuals with special needs (babysitting, school aide, camp counselor, etc. count!). • Passionate about helping others and eager to learn ABA techniques. • Clear communicator, dependable, and excited to grow professionally. • Valid CA driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
