Ed-join Application. One year of responsible general clerical experience. SCOE Receptionist Certificate or higher level SCOE Certificate (Program Support Secretary, Admin. I, II, III, or Executive Assist.). Attach a copy or wait for invite to test. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice/FBI/CACI Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance. Must be at least 18 years of age.

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, operate a centralized telephone console; greet and assist visitors to the office; receive, sort, distribute and process incoming, outgoing and internal mail and correspondence; perform a variety of clerical support duties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Qualifications are any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, passing the Stanislaus County Office of Education Receptionist Exam and one year of responsible general clerical experience. BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Application will not be considered unless completed in full.
