Principal or Site Leader in Downtown Los Angeles and East Los Angeles at SIATech - School for Integrated Academics & Technologies
Job Summary
Job Summary
If candidate holds a valid Administrative Services credential, salary placement will be on the Principal schedule; if not, salary placement will be on the Site Leader schedule. Serve as the school administrator and instructional leader of a small school site; responsible for the direction of the instructional program; staff supervision, support and training; liaison to current partnerships and development of new partnerships; and support the SIATech mission of a premier drop-out recovery program engaging students through relationship-focused, high-tech, and rigorous learning experiences.

Valid CA Administrative Services Credential (required for Principal position) Valid CA Single Subject or Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (required for Site Leader position) Master's degree preferred Minimum two years' school administrative experience preferred Experience and passion for working with opportunity youth *Candidates with an administrative credential will be prioritized in the selection process* Please upload a cover letter and a resume along with your completed application This position will oversee two locations.

Work Year: July 1st - June 30th; 215 Days/Year
$108,614.78 - $153,469.84 (for Principal position)
$98,399.63 - $139,036.10 (for Site Leader position)
Master's Stipend $2,000 Doctorate Stipend $2,000
Salary placement on the 2025/2026 salary schedule will be based on years of experience
*Maximum 15 Years Experience Credited for Placement of New Hires to SIATech
