Job Summary
Provide a high level of end-user customer satisfaction delivering IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for PC’s, laptops, and other devices; plan, execute, and assess all requirements and implementation for the hardware and software systems, including imaging of devices and end-user support used within the SIATech, Inc. network of schools.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experiennce: High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two years’ experience supporting current PC hardware and software technologies, personal computer components and peripherals required Proven experience and ability to exercise sound judgment in the performance of job duties along with demonstrated ability and commitment to following instructions and pre- established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Working knowledge of products, peripherals, and software that should include a general knowledge of recent technical advances in the IT industry Certifications and Licenses: Tuberculosis (TB) risk assessment demonstrating that no risk factors have been identified or proof that a qualified professional has determined no TB following testing and examination.

This position may be allowed to work remotely within California, but will be required to attend regular meetings in the Oceanside Central Office.
