WOODLAKE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT The job of “Chief Financial Officer” is done, under the supervision of the Superintendent and within the budget policies established by the Governing Board of Education, for the purpose/s of implementing and maintaining fiscal and other assigned programs and services in conformance to District and State objectives; providing written support and/or conveying information; serving as a resource to other school personnel, the Board and other districts; and maintaining adequate staffing to ensure objectives of programs and services are achieved within budget.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field is required; • Master’s Degree is desired.; • Extensive background in school accounting and business services, with a minimum of three years of successful school business administrative experience; • Collaborate with District personnel and peers in other districts for the purpose of implementing and maintaining services and/or programs; • See attached job description for additional qualifications.
