Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Administrator the School Office Manager assures the smooth and efficient operation of the school office so that the office's maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical examination and be free of communicable disease. Must meet district and state standards for physical and mental health. 2. High school diploma or equivalency. 3. Ability to pass District Proficiency Examination. 4. Keyboard at a level of proficiency required for job performance. 5. Knowledge of current office methods and procedures. Must be proficient with current office equipment, technology and programs. 6. Able to communicate with correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and vocabulary in verbal and written form. 7. One year of office experience in a public or private organization. 8. Applicants will be required to hold an up-to-date First Aide certificate and a valid CPR certificate. 9. Bilingual is desirable. 10. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Trustees may find appropriate and acceptable.
