Visions is seeking a Training Analyst to create and deliver training on various key systems (Lpad, PLSIS, Buzz, Naviance, Canvas, etc.); under direction: analyzes, troubleshoots, prepares, audits, monitors, and performs complex work in the development, control, analysis, documentation, and training of various Visions systems; provides training and supports to all staff for systems, procedures, and associated processes; serves as a department liaison with Technology Services Department; creates work orders and makes recommendations for improvements to systems and process, develops training materials and training events for various personnel. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. Visions In Education offers a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes options for 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), retirement (CalPERS), vacation (10 days), sick time and holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season). Classified employees are eligible for educational reimbursement up to $15,000.
