Under the direction of a supervisor, manage and organize activities and communications in the principal’s office; perform a variety of secretarial and clerical function in support of the principal; perform public relations and communications services for the principal, school, teachers, and the community; provide work direction and guidance to clerical assistants; and do related work as required.
Experience:
Two years of experience in responsible clerical experience, preferably including some experience working in a school setting or directly with children.
Desirable Qualifications: • Keyboarding accurately at the rate of 50 words per minute from clear, legible copy
• Speak a second language on a conversational level
