QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Minimum of four years of college or equivalent work experience; • Three or more years of work experience with significant involvement in the area of databases, data extraction, and report development; • Knowledge of school districts and human resource data systems; • Successful experience demonstrating tact, courtesy, positive attitude, and maintaining cooperative relationships with those contacted during the course of work. OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Classified Human Resources Director, this position is responsible for maintaining personnel records using advanced software, spreadsheets, and database tools. The role involves performing highly specialized tasks requiring technical expertise, such as data extraction, analysis, and the development of complex spreadsheets and databases. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain strict confidentiality while carrying out related duties as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in the day-to-day operations of the District’s human resources systems, including entering, maintaining, monitoring, and auditing human resources data; • Maintain integrity and accuracy of data and reports; • Extract and compile data contributing to various periodic and special reports relating to the Affordable Care Act and Health Insurance; • Develop computer system reports, working collaboratively with other departments as necessary, and coordinate data with payroll and position control; • Maintain standards and procedures for the human resources information systems; • Participate in periodic internal audits of human resources data and record keeping; • Manage, monitor, and facilitate leave of absence and assist with census data; • Assists in the preparation of permanent personnel records; • Processes and maintains records pertaining to professional growth; • See more in the job description attached below.
