Under the general supervision of the site administrator, Superintendent, or designee, performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain assigned building areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly condition according to an established schedule. Duties include setting up rooms for special events and meetings, responding to unexpected or emergency clean-ups, securing buildings, performing outdoor cleaning and general grounds duties, and completing related work as required. This position requires regular availability to work the night shift. Candidates must be willing and able to work evenings and nights as assigned. Night shift availability is an essential requirement of this position.
