For the school year 2025/26 and with a start date of August 1, 2025, we are looking for a committed Head of Elementary School for the San Francisco Campus We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Head of Elementary School for our San Francisco campus. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations in grades 1–4, ensure the implementation of our bilingual curriculum, and support a dedicated team of educators. You will coordinate and collaborate with other division heads and serve as a liaison between our community and the school. We are looking for individuals that will Foster an Elementary School environment that makes bi-lingua education achievable and exciting for students with a wide range of backgrounds and abilities Essential functions: Strategic and organizational collaboration and consultation with the 2nd Vice Principal Coordination with heads of divisions, especially regarding standardized testing programs Manage the day-to-day operation of the Elementary School Communicate community information to parents and students, serving as a liaison between our Elementary School parents and the school; Keep an open dialogue with families regarding parent concerns Conflict resolution management for students and parents Active participation in school development and the quality management cycle Preparation of conferences, staff development days Conflict resolution management for teachers; Collaboration with teacher representatives Promotion of school programs Event management for school events, competitions, field trips and other activities Management and maintenance of pedagogical quality, including advising and directing Elementary School teachers in their work of designing curricula, improving teaching strategies, providing quality assurance, as well as introducing teachers Ensure accurate and timely academic reporting, conferencing, and record keeping by Elementary School staff Qualifications: Completed the First and Second
