Job Summary
Job Summary
The School Based Mental Health Counselor is responsible for providing direct Mental Health services to students ranging from the ages of 3-14, under through general education and IDEA. This person will be responsible for providing Individual and Group Counseling, and Counseling and Guidance services to special education students, as well as students in general education on a referral basis. This person will also be an active participant of the student's IEP and MTSS/SST meetings, including development of goals and objectives, implementation of the IEP goals and data collection on progress.
