Position: Paraprofessional Reports to: Principal Classification: School Year Staff, Part Time, Permanent, Nonexempt Pay Range: $20.00-$26.45/hour Location: ACE Charter School Position Summary: At ACE, we facilitate a full-inclusion model of special education. With 20% of our students qualifying for specialized services, our paraprofessionals are critical to achieving our mission. You are insatiably curious about how to motivate students to engage in learning through appropriate interventions and accommodations in order for students to access standards-aligned, grade-level instruction. Above all, you are a patient optimist - you believe that every student is capable of graduating from college.
