Position Overview: Sacred Heart School is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered educator to serve in a combined role as Middle School Math Teacher and Math Resource Specialist. This is a 75% teaching position that combines middle school mathematics instruction with targeted math intervention and enrichment support for students in grades 4–8. The ideal candidate is passionate about mathematics, skilled in differentiating instruction, and committed to helping all students build confidence and proficiency in math. Primary Responsibilities: Middle School Math Instruction Teach mathematics courses in grades 6–8. Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons aligned with California Common Core Standards. Utilize assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student growth. Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress regularly with students and families.
