PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Executive Director of Educational Services serves as the highest-ranking administrator within the Educational Services Department. This position provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and compliance guidance for a wide range of services including curriculum and instruction support, pupil services, special education, educational technology, English learner services, teacher induction and coaching, and state and federal accountability initiatives.

In this capacity, the Executive Director partners with the district’s designated Instructional Lead to ensure effective planning, coordination, and operational execution of instructional services across schools. The Executive Director chairs the Instructional Leadership Team, composed of site principals, TOSAs, and department coordinators, to promote instructional coherence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
