Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, performs a variety of complex technical and specialized duties pertaining to the management and reporting of the district's special education student data.

MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent AND three years of experience recording and maintaining data in an electronic database and preparing technical reports, preferably including experience with special education student database systems OR An associate degree, preferably with coursework in management information systems or a related field, AND two years of experience recording and maintaining data in an electronic database and preparing technical reports, preferably including experience with special education student database systems OR A bachelor's degree, preferably with coursework in management information systems or a related field, AND one year of experience recording and maintaining data in an electronic database and preparing technical reports, preferably including experience with special education student database systems
PURPOSE To establish a list of eligible candidates that will be used to fill full and part-time, permanent and substitute assignments, for the duration of the list, up to one year. The anticipated vacancy is a 12-month, full-time (8 hours/day) position located at the District Office in Simi Valley, CA. APPLICATION DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted. TESTING PROCESS MAY INCLUDE: A) Training and Experience (T&E) Evaluation = Qualifying (pass/fail) B) Multiple Choice Test = 40% weighting on final score Tentatively scheduled for August 25, 2025. C) Structured Interview = 60% weighting on final score Tentatively scheduled for the week of September 2, 2025.
