Work Schedule 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Lunch Break 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Site TBD based on district transfers This position is grant funded through the Learning Recovery Grant.

Comments and Other Information

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be NCLB compliant by having 48 units or AA degree or have passed the NCLB Instructional Aide Exam. Must provide an updated transcript to verify the 48 units. Must have RBT certificate Licenses and Certifications are conditions of initial and continuing employment. Ability to obtain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification or equivalent certification approved by the Tulare County Office of Education. Possession of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Possession of or ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate within the first six (6) months of employment. Possession of and ability to maintain a valid California Driver’s License and valid auto insurance. Submit at applicant's own expense, his/her DMV motor vehicle driving record at the time of appointment. Failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification.
