Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Graphic Arts or related field and four (4) years of experience in Graphic Arts which included two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR, Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Graphic Arts or related field and four (4) years experience in Graphic Arts, which included two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR, eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience in Graphic Arts which included two (2) years of supervisory experience.
