Job Summary

Job Summary

The San Mateo Union High School District is seeking compassionate, equity-driven District Social Workers for full-time, in-person position focused on improving student attendance and engagement. Social Workers will provide direct services including counseling, case management, crisis response, and support through multi-tiered systems of intervention to promote student wellness and school connection. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaboration skills, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to student success. A Master of Social Work (MSW) is required; licensure (LCSW or ASW) and bilingual proficiency are preferred.
