Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Lead Maintenance and Groundskeeper is responsible for overseeing district-wide maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping operations. This position supervises and evaluates custodial staff, actively participates in daily maintenance and repair work, and ensures that all school facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role includes long-term planning, coordination with local and state agencies, and direct interaction with school staff to address maintenance needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
Possession of a valid California State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License. Department of Justice fingerprint clearance. Certified in First Aid and CPR. TB Test clearance.
