Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the regional office at Aspire Public Schools. This position is responsible for managing office communications, scheduling, and project support to ensure that the regional office runs efficiently. This role involves coordinating events, maintaining records, and assisting with various projects to support the regional office's administrative needs. The Administrative Assistant also serves as a point of contact for families, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide administrative support for Regional office staff to include copier projects, ordering, mail handling, researching topics, supplies control, and necessary communications internally and externally Handle calls from both internal and external sources (ex. families) Support enrollment efforts by responding to inquiries from interested families via phone, providing information about Aspire schools and programs, and assisting with outreach and marketing tasks to boost regional visibility and student recruitment. Summarize, communicate, and track all incoming family complaints and follow through to a satisfactory compromise with all parties involved. Support with coordination of region-wide educational activities, meetings, and events, including logistics and preparations Maintain the appearance and organization of the regional offices (including supplies organization, design, etc) Support other Aspire team members as necessary Performs related duties as required or assigned.
