Requirements / Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required. Must hold a valid California Substitute Permit or Multiple/Single Subject Teaching Credential. Experience working in a charter school preferred a plus. Spanish speaking preferred.

A virtual assessment will be administered to all qualified applicants. A completed EDJOIN online application is required. The resume does not take the place of a completed application. The revolving substitute will be assigned on a full-time basis to the school site where the role will be to fill in for a teacher on a daily, weekly, long-term basis or assisting where/as needed. The revolving substitute will be guaranteed work, whether instructing or assisting in the classroom or in any other capacity where there is a need.
