Requirements / Qualifications
Possess a current administrative services credential. Five (5) years of demonstrated classroom teaching experience. Desired: three (3) years of educational leadership; Master’s degree; three (3) years of classroom teaching or related Extended Learning experience. - Coordinate operations, communications and personnel to enhance program effectiveness and student
learning and achievement.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Communicate effectively both orally
and in writing.
- Interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others. Use with fluency a
variety of current technological devices related to the work. Analyze situations accurately and adopt an
effective course of action.
- Meet schedules and timelines.
- Work independently with little direction. Plan and organize work.
- Prepare comprehensive narrative and statistical reports.
- Maintain a variety of reports, records and files related to assigned activities.
