Required Qualifications: • BA/BS Degree • Willingness to embrace the Catholic values and traditions of Saint Robert Catholic School • Enthusiasm for teamwork, collaboration • Excellent communication skills • Working daily one on one or in small groups with students • Supporting homeroom teachers or tiered instruction by pushing into classrooms with small groups or pulling out individual students/small groups • Collaborating with resource team • Provide spiritual, emotional or academic support to students • Supervise students inside and outside of the classroom, maintaining good rapport with students and effective classroom management • Engage with the school and parish community of St. Robert School • Preform all other duties outlined in our Faculty Handbook or assigned by the principal Salary & Benefits • Job Type: Part time, Non-Exempt position • Salary Range: $26.20 to $50.45 per hour (advanced education and certifications not included) • Benefits: Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance as well as retirement plan and health saving account How to Apply: Please email cover letter, resume, and reference letters to the principal, Katie Franco at kfranco@srbears.org.
