About Us The Orange Unified School District serves approximately 24,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12th, and encompasses all or part of the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Orange, Santa Ana, and Villa Park. In 1953, the citizens of the area voted to form a “unified” school district, combining the original five elementary districts with the high school district into one unified district, now known as the Orange Unified School District. Recognizing that physical and mental health significantly impact student achievement, please provide a plan describing how school nurses and counselors can support students in managing health-related challenges and promote their overall academic and personal growth.

Experience: Five years of teaching and administrative experience with demonstrated leadership in areas such as student services, child welfare and attendance, Section 504 compliance, health services coordination, and/or community engagement. Experience as a school site principal preferred. Education: Possession of a Master's degree or higher in Educational Administration, Student Services, Counseling, Public Health, Social Work, or a closely related field that supports the leadership of comprehensive student and community support programs.
