Maintenance Specialist Substitute at San Lorenzo Valley Unified
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and Operations, perform skilled carpentry, electrical, painting, HVAC, and plumbing duties to maintain, repair, and perform alterations of various District buildings and facilities. Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years of experience in the trades. Licenses and Other Requirements: Valid California driver's license. Ability To: • Perform skilled carpentry repair and maintenance work. • Perform skilled electrical repair and maintenance work. • Perform skilled painting repair and maintenance work. • Perform skilled HVAC repair and maintenance work. • Perform skilled plumbing repair and maintenance work. • Skillfully use appropriate tools and equipment for the requested maintenance assignment.
