We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Social Worker to serve across multiple school sites, supporting at-promise youth who may be experiencing the influence of gang culture or navigating complex peer dynamics. This role focuses on providing targeted intervention, counseling, and case management to build protective factors, strengthen school connectedness, and promote long-term success. Ideal candidates will have experience working with high-risk populations, a trauma-informed approach, and a strong commitment to equity and restorative practices.

Hours per day: 7.5
