Job Summary

Job Summary

The primary objective of a Club M Manager is to manage the Expanded Learning Program on campus and work with campus Administrators and Network Student Services to ensure CMP and legislative goals are met. The secondary objective of this position is to serve the Expanded Learning and/or Enrichment needs at the campus. These tasks will be determined by the site Principal and can vary slightly from campus site to site, depending on needs and other circumstances. With the implementation of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program, the needs of the site programs have grown and require more oversight and planning, making this position a full-time role, with the goal of creating a more rigorous program on all levels, providing increased support to staff and families, under the guidelines of the ELOP.

Requirements / Qualifications

The California Montessori Project is a public TK-8 charter program using research-based Montessori pedagogy in providing academic choice for the greater Sacramento area, Elk Grove and Shingle Springs, CA. This position is located at our American River Campus in Fair Oaks, CA. This is a full-time year round position, which includes health, vision and dental benefits, as well as sick and vacation pay. Hours are up to 8 hours/day and can vary depending on campus and need but is typically 9:30am-6pm. Candidates should have experience working with students. Minimum qualifications for application: 48 college semester educational units, or the ability to pass a paraprofessional exam within 30 days of hire. All candidates must complete an on-line application. Required documents must be scanned and attached to the Ed-join application.
