Are you Passionate about leading and educating the next generation? Calvary Chapel High School is looking a High School Senior English and British Literature teacher. This Position is for the 2025-2026 School Year and is expected to start late July, early August. Position Purpose As the Calvary Chapel High School (CCHS) Senior English and British Literature teacher, you would be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing a robust instructional program that would guide and encourage students to develop and fulfill their academic and spiritual potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. They will be a minister of the Gospel in this position by ministering and praying for and with the students and parents as well as being an example to the staff, students, and parents. Develop and implement Literature, Grammar, and Composition lesson plans and instructional activities that promote active learning and student engagement. Utilize prescribed curriculum to set and communicate clear objectives for learning activities. Monitor and support student progress through timely feedback and instructional adjustments. Maintain accurate records of student performance and development in the SIS system. Communicate regularly with parents, students, and colleagues regarding academic progress and needs.
