Ontario Christian staff and facility lays a biblical foundation for our Christ-centered mission of Growing Christian Leaders. Ontario Christian seeks an Elementary Aide responsible for supervising recess and lunch for K - 5th grades. They may also support teachers in their rooms in an as needed basis. This position will mediate impasses, emphasize fair play, respond to students who need assistance and care for equipment and facilities. The ideal team member would be caring and kind while still able to professionally enforce the rules. Requirements for this role are as follows. Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience. Prior experience working in a church setting or Christian school preferred.
