Bella Mente Montessori Academy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in supporting students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs. Under Supervision, the RBT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect and analyze behavior data, and provide proactive support to promote student success in inclusive and specialized classroom settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in behavior analysis, a strong commitment to fostering a safe and positive learning environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, mental health professionals, and families.
