Must have either a BA or 90 Semester units and be enrolled in a regionally accredited California-based 4-year university and have met the basic skills requirement. Basic Skills Requirement could be met by passing the CBEST or through coursework with courses in Math, Writing and Reading with a B- letter grade or higher.
