The Social Media & Communications Specialist is the school’s lead storyteller and social media strategist. This role plays a central part in building and expanding the school’s digital presence and public reputation. Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, the Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), executing the social media portion of the school’s communications plan, and helping tell the school’s story in ways that connect with families, the broader community, and the media. This position is ideal for a creative communicator who is passionate about education, thrives in a fast-paced storytelling environment, and is eager to promote the benefits of flex-based learning and personalized learning. While we serve a wide region across Northern California, candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of the greater Sacramento area to meet the in-person requirements of the role.
